Creative Web Developer / Interactive Designer

Qualifications

• 2+ years of interactive experience
• Proficiency in converting design comps to XHTML/CSS
• Video experience not required but nice to have; ability to film, edit, and produce clips for video podcasts using Flash, or other related software
• A solid portfolio showcasing multimedia or web projects
• Original thinking and strong conceptual design ability across mediums
• Understanding of typography, colors, and online branding is essential
• Excellent knowledge of usability and interface design
• Adept at any tools involved in developing interactive media including Photoshop, Image Ready, Illustrator, Fireworks, Flash.
• Ability to take critique and challenge ideas in a healthy and collaborative work setting
• Must be able to work independently and multi-task under tight deadlines
• Must communicate clearly and effectively to varying audiences; have strong analytical skills; have excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
